Dream Groups are a great way to meet like-minded people interested in exploring and interpreting their dreams.
The Academy of Dreams runs two monthly Dream Groups:
Third Friday of every month from 7.00 – 9.00pm. This Dream Group is open to anyone wanting to discuss any aspect of dreaming. If you would like to work on interpretation of your dreams, then we will help you. Otherwise, you are free to come along and discuss anything dream-related: lucid dreaming, OBEs, shamanic dreaming, Tibetan Dream Yoga etc.
“The interesting thing about dream interpretation, whether or not you ‘believe in’ it, is that it throws up questions that you would imagine to arise in a therapy session. You explore otherwise unconsidered possibilities and are urged to find answers to questions you didn’t foresee through metaphor. Whether or not this is the true significance of the dream then becomes irrelevant, but what your learn about yourself does not. It was an insightful evening, thank you!”

Also on the first Sunday of every month from 6.00 – 8.00pm: The Lucid Dream Forum. This monthly group is run by Charlie Morley. Participants will be able to discuss their practice of lucid dreaming in a friendly and informal group with inspiration, tips and techniques provided by Charlie.
Cost is £10 per person for either group meeting.
