And in doing so looks at how we answer the question ‘what is a dream?‘, using a range of explanations from physiological to psychological to mystical. Through our dream appointments and dreaming ebooks, we help you understand the meaning of your dreams, and how to lucid dream.

Dream Interpretation

The Academy of Dreams offers one-to-one dream interpretation sessions which run for one hour.  Cost: £45. Want to know what your dreams mean?
